Hey guys. I just bought a 1987 camaro with a 305 v8. The interior looks like a episode of Hoarders! Haha it's disgusting. I'm wondering how anyone could trash such a sweet car. Anyways I'm making it a cosmetic project : ) I'm new to the forum so just saying what's up?!

 

I know how you feel my interior isn't in good condition I mainly need a new headliner and sail panels along with the arm rest and door trim but if you have any problems the guys here are very good and when you can get some pics up

 

For seats I suggest checking out your local junkyard. I was surprised with the set of seats I found. Practically brand new back seats from a 87 for 60 bucks! The whole set up. And they're not difficult to take out either.

 

How do you get them out I have a custom box with quick release connections going their I need the back rest out the box with will have 2 or 4 12in subs
Also check craiglist for parts

Hey sorry for the late response. I forgot my password and have been busy. Didn't mean to not get back to you guys. I've been skating for about 4 years now. Love it. And the junkyard sounds great! I'm going to go down there and just pick and pull what I need for the interior there. I need a t top headliner, new carpet, and trim pieces, etc. this baby needs some work, but man I am loving driving it for the last three days I've had it. I'm happy that I have the support of you fellow camaro owners as well. Thanks guys.

Yeah. I used to skate a lot but have been bussy latly and haven't gotten out there as much as I'd like.
