Default interior

After i get my motor project i was wanting to get new interior before I did the body work and paint job on my 1983 camaro. Any idea where to get the interior for and about how much is it going to cost me?

Check E-Bay and the cost is up to you.

check Hawksthirdgen.org depending on what you are looking for the they should have most of what you are looking for. I have spent around 3000 if not more so far on my interior (head liner 150, New gauges 700, seats and door panels redone 1400 and sound system 500 to start) and i stell need to redo the carpet, dye the plastics and find some good seat belts. so it is not cheap. good luck on your project!

I need to replace the headliner in my '84 Z. Can anyone tell me how difficult of a process this is? I see that the hawksthirdgenparts.com sells a whole kit for $270 plus shipping. Any idea of how much of a savings this is over having someone do it professionally?

For the cost of that kit (and your DIY labor) I would start calling local auto reupholstery shops for their estimates. I know, I had mine done in less then 2-hrs for half of what you quoted. Also it looks factory and not like half a__ed job as most DIY look like.

That kit is fine it comes with new sail panels and sun visors it only takes about one hour to install very easy and you get a factory look i can send pick of mine if you like to see for you self it also comes with a plastic backing no need to worry about the factory fiber crap

Was the Sunvisors, sail panels and headliner done including materials and labor + Tax included in the price of your headliner. I know when is was looking around 200.00 was just the headliner that was only if the backing was in good shape

Classic Industries.com isn't half bad. Decent prices too.
