Default intake manifold

will an holley carb fit my edelbrock without an adapter. adapters i hear are hp robbers and i would be better off leaving it the way it is if thats the case. i have a holley carb on the stock manifold. its a rochester model holley. this one, http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku and whats that whole at the front, not the egr. is that for the thermostat?

If You would look at the intake, you'd notice that it has both carb mounting holes. Soit should directly bolt upto a holley.
