you cant adjust the idle on the 305tpi. id suspect a sensor issue, iac or tps.

Idle adjustment screw is on the driver side of the thottle body facing the wind shield. It is sealed and you will have to remove the sealer material with a small pick.. I forget the size , but it is a small torque bit for adjustments.

Give this a read, there's also a link posted that shows how to adjust the iac/tps.

Btw I still think its an iac issue, according to what I've been reading ~600 rpm is where you wanna be.

It reads like the IAC is not being ECM controlled and base idle is set too low.
If you think about it, if IAC control gives out, you still want engine to idle for vacuum for brakes...

This is how to make your initial adjustment: IAC and TPS Adjustment - ThirdGen.org
Remember, your desired idle of 600 rpm is when the trans is in drive, not park or neutral.
