Default i have a question

if i put acarborated 350 big block into my 1986v6 2.8 f.i.camaro will it still pass inspection? i need to know before i do this

If you put emmisinns on the car for that year..then yes it should...find out what all you'll need to pass emmisions and your all set.

Depends on state laws and what they check with the inspection. If they only check emissions, a proper running engine should pass, but if they check under the hood i think anyone with half a knowledge of cars will notice that it's not a V6 anymore.

I live in Washington state, and they dont look under the hood! but you might have to have a state inspection? most likely you will have too"( re-title) because of the engine swap, V-6 to V-8. Also did'nt you mean a 350 small block?
