it's called Camaro Performance Handbook and its by David Shelby. i picked it up at a Border's book store last night for $18. its a great book, and has just about everything in there. it was published in 93, and covers all performance parameters from 82-92. it has kit and part numbers (some im sure of have been discontinued), in depth explantions on how things work, how to perform port matching, and many other things.

 

Is it a book just for the top end models like the z28 and iroc or does it have some write ups for the rs too? Either way sounds like a helpful book, good find.

 

do you know by any chance if they have a manual for the 93-2002 camaros also?? nice find

 

it does have some info on the rs and some on the v6 models, but from what ive seen so far, it isnt as indepth. im still reading it. i dont know if the same author has one for 4th gens, but you can try and research the author.

 

Had this for years. It was and still is good reading.
