Should have my '89 project upand running this fall and I'm debatingto repaint the car hugger orange. Anyone seen a third gen in that scheme? Currently it's the stock white. The images below represent my interest.

 

Don't think I can recall ever seeing that color scheme on a third gen.

EEWWWWW.
its like when you were a kid and you wanted the (chevy)orange crayon but it was missing so you got stuck with that almost orange color.

i always thought all white with some red accents looked good on third gens.
or a really shiny gloss black with red accents

 

Orange isn't my color, it makes me think of red that didn't quite make the cut! It looks alright on the second gen model. But on a third gen, I think the word eeeewwww that's already been used is pretty accurate.

 

Go for it Orange screams danger!
