Well if you mean make it sweeter by something other than a paint-job I would say a new steering wheel (I replaced mine with this one), shifter boot (if it's a manual), Armor-All your interior (It made my interior look MUCH better), get some wet-wheel cleaner and depending on how bad your paint is you may wanna wax/polish it.

Might be easier to say the "DO NOTS'"

DO NOT:
Install lift spindles and springs so you can intall 22s' and make it sit so high the rockers are as far off the ground as a pick-ups'

DO NOT:
Install neon under the car or any where. That belongs in a dinners window.

Do NOT:
Install and adjustable aluminum wing. Leave that to the ricers trying to be The Fast and The Felonious (or fast and phonieous)

DO NOT:
Install decals and "Type S" emblems

That is because I did not make a "TO DO" list.

I see a few cars jacked up around here with 20's or so (I know because they put 20, 22, etc emblems on the cars next to the fake exhaust ports) Jacked up so high they could drive over you if you were to lay on the ground in front of them.
Large wheels are OK when the vehicle was designed around them. Like semi trucks!
