Default How hot do they get?

Can anyone give a ballpark estimate of the degrees headers can get up to?

Mine average between lava hot and hotter than the sun.........seriously, the heat they generate is intense and will melt anything within 1/4 inch of em.My headers are causing some fuel supply problems ( vaporizing an boiling) and Im trying at all costs to avoid header wrap.

full throttle, combustion chamber temps easily reach 1600*, so headers are anywhere between 1000* and 1400*

Holy $hit, brazing temp for light metal is around 1050-1100. One of these days Im gonna stick a fuel rod to my headers just to see if it sticks!
