Is there any possible way that i can disable the electronic govoner w/o replacing the chip ? Or / and if I would have to change the chip or add a chip or reprogram the current chip. What particular chip would I actually need to get.

 

There are several ways to go about this. Most of them require you to take your chip out and send it to someone to change. Here's a wicked option allowing for multiple options and tuning capabilities.
