Hi, im 17 just got my first camaro about 2 months ago
1987 2.8 v6
I currently dont have power coming the horn contacts on the steering wheel any ideas?

Also, having radio problems, no display, doesnt memorize stations and cuts in and out and sometimes doesnt work at all. Any ideas?

if no one else has messed with it, the contacts inside the steering column will not have power. they ground out the relay, which then powers the horn. run a jumper wire to a good ground to test it. if the horn doesnt work, check the fuse (im hoping you did). if still no luck, remove the plug from the horn and test the horn to see it works. polarity shouldnt matter.
