Im almost there now........i have a stock 305 tbi in it now how can i get around 400+ hp and get it to the ground good. should i just go ahead and get a 350 tbi and drop it right in or should i mod what i got now? what gears would freakin make this car fly? what other mods.....shifter, power adders, supercharger? cheap power? anything

To make a 305 put out 400 HP won't be easy or cheap. 300HP at the rear wheels will be much more realistic.

 

yeah im w/ him on the 300hp, cept id go for atleast 301 hp just so u got 1 more on the new mustangs : )

 

yea me too i got a 91 305 and i wanna be quick i live in leesburg and if anyone knows anything bout over here there all alot of ricers and v6s and v8s i wanna be known as the fast guy how will i be able to do that?

I don't think the stock carb is going to do it, use the 750 Holley as per nj85z28, the TBI won't give any power gains over the carb. Realize the carb itself won't do much without the rest of the mods.

 

you can always upgrade the TBI unit to a 650cfm truck unit, it runs about $200.
