not only no, but HELL no. and that dont even look like the HO motor. and even if it was I STILL would say no. you could pick up a stock 350 easy lots cheaper then that and STILL have funds for headers, carbs or what ever. I think they are tring to rip you off.heck, I will sell you my HO for 750.00 including shipping and it only has about 40 thousand on it. and its 84. and I would feel bad for ripping you off. lol.

(I don't think that's an HO motor though)
If it's rusty or got a lot of issues I'd pass but if it's a decent body and interior and most stuff still works and there's no major drive train issues it's not a bad deal.
In that price range most cars are going to need some TLC so look it over well and drive it as much as possible.
I got my LT1 '93 Z for $2000 but had to sink another $2000 into it to get it right, pretty much went into it knowing I would have to.
Now I have a solid car with brand new tires etc for about the average asking price out there and most of those cars will need some work to so I believe I'm money ahead.

If you look at the top, the OP shows 2 pics of a car, one of an engine. By simple majority, he's talking about a whole car.
Besides, he asked about the same car in another thread. He was thinking about giving it, or a different Camaro a look see.: https://camaroforums.com/forum/82-92-general-10/read-me-35609/
