Anyone know how to remove the hitch reciever. I removed the two nuts and washers, which looked like the only things keeping it on, but it still wont budge.

What hitch reciever??? Mine did not come with one of those. Do I need one? How do I get one?
Maybe it has been tack welded on? Or it just needs a smack with a hammer because its stuck on the bolts or something.
