approx 115k miles

if it's a lot of highway miles and the vehicle was maintained then the engine is probably still OK. If it was a lot of stop and go and idling, in other words, lots of hours, then the engine is probably tired.

It is a 20+ year old car. If you think it is a good buy and like it go for it. No one posting here can give you advice on a car they have not seen.

If it passes the safety inspection you're gonna need, it ought to be a pretty good deal. I wouldn't buy it until you got proof it will, though.

Go look at car, then decide. If it runs GOOD and the interior and the paint looks good then it could be good deal regardless of miles. Check for rust. You could find car for les but what if needs paint?? How much you gonna spend on paint?? What about interior?? This car looks really nice in pics, you need to look at in person to really tell
