Default GMMG OR HEADS?

If someone handed you $1000 which would you buy between GMMG exhaust with 2 New cat convertors, or a pair of alluminum heads and a camshaft. the only thing is i would have to wait till i came across such a pair of heads.

im already kinda leaning toward the exhaust.
Please help me make the decision!
Thanks

while i voted heads and a cam. you wont be able to get a very good head and cam combo with a grand. A good set of heads alone will be over a grand. Might be better off to get a nice exhaust with it.

i got a better idea, get an exhaust and a cam O_o, if you have an 87-92 camaro you can get an LT1 cam outve a 4th gen z28. You can get them real cheap... for like 50 dollars, and you can get up to a 50 hp gain. its pretty serious. But you dont wanna get too big of a cam with stock heads, heads add like 30 horsepower and cost in the ball park of 1000 dollars it just not worth it. In my opinion, id get an LT1 camshaft and a flowmaster exhaust, make sure you got some stiff gears in teh rear end, i got 3.42 posi inmy camaro, works great. Hope this helps.
