As far as i know, at least in st. louis area.. we need to keep any and all emissions equipment. even if the car isnt under the sniffer

 

No emissions testing here in FL or in OH where I live. Since the vehicle is totally retrofitted, without any of the original equipment, it is perfectly legal in the state of FL for them to remove the cat from my car (if I hadn't already.) Hell, my car is even exempt from putting the mileage on the title[8D] Anyways though, I had it towed to the muffler shop to avoid a ticket seeing as it is louder than a mack truck with open headers, last time I talked to the guy he said he was almost done, and I plan on picking it up Wednesday morning.

Not at all, the exhaust is just really quiet at idle.
