all of that transmission trouble i have been having was due to the BELL HOUSEING being a good 1/8" away from the block. Whoever put that motor in didnt tighten the bolts there. One was missing completely, and the rest were about to fall out. i was mad, but extremely happy at the same time.

 

Simple fix to what could have been a bad problem.

 

not to mention CHEAP. I had already ordered the new clutch, so ill send it back. I had a bolt layin around that fit great. So it didnt cost me a dime. Thank god i found that problem before it became something worse...
