Since you are going to be tearing everything apart you should replace as much as possible. Energy Suspension's red bushings are good but the black is made with graphite in the rubber and is a constant favorite. They have an EBAY store and sell complete rebuild kits for about $100. Keep us posted...

you should just but the suspension technologies front/rear ASB set. it comes with the endlinks and bushings and the car handles like a vette. (well not to that extent but at high speed cornering it does extremely well in addition to the easy *** install!!!!) much recomended!
found on JEGS.COM in the TPI,LS1,LT1 section!

the end

if ya dont know about the factory sway bars, I,ll tell ya the factory bar is cast, hollow, lightweight, there about 1&1/16 in dia, now i have an aftermarket one, alittle thicker, and a helluva lot more stout, solid steel, no flex, and it has the poly bushings, yeah but grease them, sil grease or synthectic, cause they will squeek, i got the bar at pull-a-part for $5:50 boy did they screw up, there about $150.00 new. good luck
