no one sells a kit for true duals, but people have made dual exhaust custom. some people run 2 pipes side by side in the stock location, instead of the y pipe they just continue the 2 pipes all the way down the car. i had a 84 firebird with a 400 small block, and i ran true duals tucked up near the trans. again, this is a custom made set up, and like the other set up, probably not too practical if you are using large diameter tubing, your clearence wouldnt be too good.

there is one company that made headers for a big block, but i cant think of what their name was. they were well over $1000 for just the headers. best bet is to find someone who has made headers before, and get your own set custom fabbed. best idea for exhaust would be 3 inch off the headers with low profile mufflers, and just have it exit in front of the rear tires. you may get some issue on the driver's side, but i know there are mufflers made that are nearly flat (i think the flowmaster hushpower is). you may be able to make an h-pipe to balance it if you have it right behind the oil pan.

http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...44807_-1_26568 You would have to fab them to be a true duel, but they work.
