yea, mines not working, thinking it MAY be a vaccume leak somewhere... but where? maybe a broken line? if so, can i just use a piece of correct fitting rubber hose to fix it? or would it collapse? like a fuel line or something?

Follow the line to the solenoid and check them and the vacuum source. Push up on the diaphram and plug the line on the egr with a finger and see if the diaphram comes down or holds vacuum and stays. If it comes down its bad. Check the solenoid connection and power to the pink wire.

yea, we checked it all last night, workin fine. We even pushed the diaphram a bit to see if the passage is clogged or something, it bogged down just like its supposed to. So im still in a loss here, i have no idea whats wrong with it.
