i did some research, and to make my car (83 camaro of course) mechanical, i need the following, which will be some of the stuff other years need.

distributor with vaccum advance ($110 for accel @ summit)
non egr manifold ($120 for holley @ summit)
th700R4 wiring harness to control 4th gear lock up with out computer (over drive) also @ summit
im got a holley 4160 carb. (got rid of quadra jet)
i already have a mechanical fuel pump so that helps
took off all emissions control ( i live in S.C. so they dont care)
took off AIR pump and components.

if i need something else please let me know
