Alright, same v6, 3.1 in a 92 RS...Does anyone have info on what to replace or clean on the distributor? Ive pulled it out completely and there is quite a bit of rust on the "points". Sorry for having lack of terminology!

 

When my distributer got back I took it off and looked inside....looked fine at first but when i went to pick up a new one i looked at how long the points are on the inside and they are supposed to be long and intact. So my suggestion would be replace it. Costs about $15 to get a new one.
