Default Chrissake, Now what?

Heres the situation:
92 z28 350 cid, 5 speed manual.
i am at a stoplight at idle, in neutral and i floor the brake. As soon as i let off the brake, the idle shoots up to 1200 rpm. it does this everytime. Brake booster internal related??? has anyone ideas?
thanks

it could be a vacuum leak. my car idled at 2200 rpms and i found a dissconnected hose. look around, there should be a hose from the brake booster going to the back of the carb if your cars like mine.

yea i checked it all out. and that thing was snug on there! i did recently replace the (EGR solenoid -> vaccuum) hose and found that it was an outside diametersize smaller than before but the same size inside diameter. it was a little loose on the solenoid so i just coupled it to the origional connector and it is now snug. i'm sure that will help, but i dont want to waste anymore gas today

thanks bro!!
