Carburator installation

Can anyone out there tell me how hard it would be to install a new carburator in my '83? Am I better off just taking it to a shop?

assuming your engine is already carbed, it is relatively simple to change out a carb. adjusting on the other hand can be frustrating to the novice. Sick
