Default Camaro Price Help

Hi im looking to buy an camaro, and i was wondering what it would be worth.

The vehicle im looking at is 85, IROC Z28 1 owner, has the 4 speeed transmission, v8, the body is preety much shot, u can see unfinished bondo in the corners, spray paint.... interior is torn up and its been sitting in the same spot probably since i was 5 (im 19 now) and he said he wants 3800 which i think is way to much, anyone that could give me a good estimate?

Take 3000 dollars off the asking price and you may have a decent prospect.....

i paid $1200 for a rust free, low mileage car that needed brakes, tires, and a few suspension peices. that car sounds like its worth its weight in scrap, which is about $350.

I paid $500 for a rust free Florida car 89 RS with a 305. Everything worked and the tranny shifted fine. I've rebuilt everything as it was purchsed as a project vehicle but it could have been driven if needed.

not nessacarily a deal, its just the average value of the car. my car might be worth $10k to me, but i know it wouldn't sell for that much

Unless it has a all aluminum big block under the hood, there's no way its worth that. I've heard of price gouging but that dude is out of his mind
