Default cam questions

i want a mild street car.
ive got new flat top keith black pistons, heavy duty connecting rods, larger intake and exhaust valves on older chevy non center bolt heads that have been ported n polished (will go measure valves later as i cant remember size),
70s 4 barrel intake manifold (temporary) , and a quadrajet 4 barrel 750 cfm carb for now.

now what cam should i go with?

i was hoping around 200-250 hp at least

and i was hoping to stay around $200
so its a decision between the first 4 in the list on the linked page

the springs you chose will be good for the cam you selected. you dont need to get aftermarket rocker arms unless you want a 1.6 ratio, which will open the valves a little more. the heads you speak of, are they for a 305 or a 350? can you measure the valve sizes? what were the pistons advertised as having for compression ratio with the stock 305 head? one problem with a head swap is the compression chamber size is much larger for the 350, 76cc vs. 55cc, which will cause a large drop in compression. if you have them machined, that will reduce the chamber volume a cc or 2, but not much. i dont remember the calculations off the top of my head, but if the pistons were going to be 9.5:1 for the 305 heads, it will be around 8.5:1 with stock 350 heads. keep that in mind. otherwise, everything should be good and i cant see why you would be making 240-270 hp.
