Default buying an 85 Z28

Before i buy the car i just want to ask the forum of you opinion on the car.
Its an 85 z28 white with black interior,
16IN BBS RIMS/COOPER 255/45 16 TIRES
1982 FIBERGLASS HOOD
NEW PAINT
2 SETS OF T-TOPS
355 CU IN MOTOR 4 BOLT MAIN 10.5 TO 1 COMP. RATIO
OIL COOLER
EDELBROCK TPI FUEL INJECTION 1000CFM
PORTED/POLISHED CAST IRON HEADS 1.6/2.2
3IN BORLA HEADERS/EXAUST WITH CROME TIPS
EDLEBROCK VALVETRAIN
700R4 AUTO WITH B&M REBUILD AND SHIFT KIT
B&M TRANSMISSION COOLER
3.42:1 POSI WITH 33 SPLINE AXLES
UPGRADED COMPUTER CHIP
4 CORE RADIATOR
DUAL COOLING FANS
NEW STEERING BOX
4 WHEEL DISK BRAKES
HOTCHKISS SUSPENSION FRAME CONNECTORS
NEW COOLING/HEATING FAN
NEW WEATHERSTRIPING
POWER WINDOWS
NEW CARPET
MOMO STEERING WHEEL
NEW HEADLINER
ROCKFORD SPEAKERS/AIWA HEAD UNIT

I saw the car and the body seems to be in good condition (paint had a few scratches here and there, but overall normal wear and tear). The "bbs" wheels are really ta wheels powdercoated black. Another thing is upon inspection of the engine bay, i saw that the bottom of the block by the headers had some oil so i think the vlave cover gaskets might be leaking but not exactly sure. It has been repainted, and the car origionally had roll up windows. Any input would be greatly apppreciated

I forgot to add that the right front and rear turn signal does not work (not sure if its the bulb, but seems electrical). The positive battery terminal wire might need to be replaced also.

the car runs, and starts right up. Dint hear any knock, but only thing i noticed is that it had a slightly rough idle. As for the engine it was a crate i believe that was ordered online and has about 25-30k on it.
