ok I am a beginer and I have an issue that I need help with. The blower for the a/c & heater doesn't turn on (the only sound that I hear when I move the switches in the car is a hissing sound, but nothing is blowing in any setting). Can someone tell me how to trouble shoot this? I heard that I need to check if the blower motor works or not and that I can do that by grounding it and hooking it to a power source. Okay well I would if I know which wires were for the power???? can I hook it to the battery? with what? its like 100 degrees here in NC and I have had enough. I have a 91. I have checked the fuse box inside under the drivers side dash and the fuse running from the blower located under the hood and both are good.
