Default Blinker issues

I have a92 Camaro RS. My blinkers work when i dont have the lights on, but if i turn on the lights my left blinker wont blink. It just stays on. What should i check out to fixes the problem? It would be nice to be able to get it to pass inspection.

a shop around here tried to charge my mom for checking blinker fluid once... and changing the air in the tires from winter air to summer air... 50 bucks for the two, thankfully she knows enough to know that both of them dont exist!

We dont go there anymore...
