Default Best manual?

Hi everyone, First time caller...
I just got my baby (91z 5.7) back after being MIA for 10 years...the car, not me)
She needs a mild restoration at this point. I was wondering what the best manuals are for this model/year.

Thanks in advance

I love the GM service manuals, but I use to their layout. They are great for explaining the systems and how they work. The down side is the GM manuals assume you have a big room full of GM required tooling that all dealers must have. Most of smaller less info books assume you do not have that tool and in some cases show a work around. One of my first steps in a project is to make sure I have the GM manual.
