Can't say I do. Just go up to one of the local parts stores and tell them you need a urethane trans mount. They run about $25 here, as oppose to about $10 for rubber. It's pretty easy to tell the difference, as you can bend and compress the rubber ones with your hands, but you cant do this with the urethane.

Ok, cool. I think i'm gonna get the shift improver kit, the trans mount, and fill it up with synthetic fluid for x-mas

I always recomend a shift kit, I have a B&M shift kit on my 700r4, the car is a 89 Iroc Z 5.7TPI sitting very stock right now, I prefer the feel of the firm shift than to the stock. I havent really noticed a change in the MPG, but as long as you dont abuse your car it shouldnt have any kind of negative effect on it. Anyways, GL with it man
