Allright so I went outside and took a pic. The round silver sensor has wires hooked to it and that is air temp to the computer. The rectangle one between 6 and 7 o'clock is hooked to vacuum and the flap in the intake snorkle.

Ok so mar car not having either one of those, what would it do? I mean I have never had a camaro b4 so im not sure what I should have as far as engine running right. I mean it runs with no problems other than its runs rich as all hell. Like you start it up in the winter and wait to heat up and you about passout from gasfumes.

The vacuum sensor that hooks to the valve on the snorkle you dont need if you have an open element air cleaner. There is most likely a plug on the TB where it gets its vacuum from. The one with the electrical connector if it is missing may be the reason your car is running rich.
Look for it. It may be laying on the manifold or somtimes people put a resistor into its connector to fool the computer (you see them on e-bay for 5 buck!) and that would cause it to run rich because it make the computer think it is cold.

NO NO. The plug I am holding comes out of the part that is in the air cleaner. Its wires lead into the harness near the blue plug that is seen in the background.
