Default advice on flywheel and clutch

i am replacing my transmission and am also replacing the flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate. i am also looking at doing a 350 swap at a later date and would like to reuse what i can so i want to purchase products that will work now and later

the stock flywheel is relatively light. what would you recommend as a replacement for the stock. a 15lb or a heaver 30 lb. here is what im looking at http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ZZZ-50-6516

i also need a clutch and pressure plate but i read that the hydraulics may not be strong enough to disengage a high performance clutch. but i want a higher performance replacement then stock. here is what i am looking at. will it work.

Depends on what type engine you want to build. If you build a 8000 RPM screamer, a light flywheel will work better, as it takes less power to wind things up and it makes shifting easier, unless you plan to power shift at all times. If you build a low RPM thumper it makes little difference. For a high RPM use make sure it is SFI approved, as you don't want to have a flywheel blow up under your foot. As for the clutch, it depends on how much torque you need to handle. Too much pressure make it a pain to drive in traffic, so you may want to consider a dual disc clutch, much more holding power with the same pressure.

im going to go with a low RPM thumper if i get a chance to upgrade. what i need is for this equipment to work now in my 305 and be nice to drive on the street then later have it work with my new 350 with a slight build up.

im almost positive that it is a 15 pound stock flywheel and i cant find a weight for the one i found.
