This car keeps boiling over and overheating. I replaced radiator and cap thermostat and housing flush radiator . Fans work properly there's no water in the oil so I don't know why it's overheating the upper radiator hose get really stiff when it's got and I just replaced thermostat please help someone who knows these cars better

Pull spark plugs and inspect them.
The cleanest one would be a tale-tale sign of a leaky compression gases into the coolant system, since upper hose is really tight.

When does it overheat...in traffic, out on the highway, or both? If only out on the highway, then look underneath the front of the car for the air dam. It's a piece of plastic that's angled like a spoiler, which directs air up and through the radiator. If that's missing, your engine will run hot when on the open road, just the fan isn't enough.

Yea it has the plastic under there and it overheats either parked or driving.

Check your ignition timing. Too far retarded or advanced can make the engine run too hot.
