will a muncie 4 speed fit in a third gen? without mods i mean. Thinking about making it a possiblity. I can find them on craigs list. even a close ratio rebuilt for a grand. Not cheap, but from what i heard, they are bullet proof!! Anybody know?

And no, this wont be happening anytime soon. but i need a good strong tranny if things go my way. i was thinking about a t56 or a tko 600, but they are just so close to the kinda power im wanting, and i dont wanna be close, i want to have a good margin for safety and reliability
