is it possible to put a 5 spd tranny from a 2.8 v6 with a 350 v8

It'd need a ton of work to get it to even match up, and it wouldn't last 10 feet.

The 2.8 tranny is a 60 degree bellhousing tranny and the 350 is a 90 degree block so no it wouldn't work. And like Saint said it wouldn't last very long at all.
