hey my uncle has a 307 that he wants to sell me from his 79 camaro berlinetta that he is now running a 383 stroker that he built would this be a good swap motor or should i wait for a 350, He said that if i got some edlebrock heads and cams it would fly but I'm not sure if hes right

I would just wait for the 350. For one the 307 is horrible motor as far as durability goes and the 350 is a strong engine and ca take abuse plus its fast.
