300 bucks for winter storage in a barn....
Well gents, I put the Maro away for winter. Ive been gone almost all summer (Mil stuff) and didnt have any time to research a suitable storage area, and with temps dropping into the low 20's I didnt have much time left. I found a guy on Craigslist who lived 5 miles from me and with 300 in hand, off I went. Turns out Ive bought some parts from this guy before. Nice guy, he owns several classics. Well, the barn was, well, a barn. He had some plastic sheets over the dirt floor, there was sunlight coming thru the slats and the ground was uneven. What the hell, I dont have any other options, so I backed him in, scattered some lavender mothballs ( my car smells like a fuggin urinal now) and covered him with the car cover. Its going to be a LONG winter.

I keep my cars in a barn, not quite that primitive, flange some sheet metal, pieces to wrap the wheels and seems the keep little critters out and off. They will get under a cover and make a mess, and they can do serious damage to wiring, carpet seats and the such. Good luck, it is going to be a long time till spring.
