Default 1991 Camaro RS Convertible

Hello there
There is a very nice 1991 Camaro RS Convertible for sale here that I'm considering buying. My question is, how do you take the top down? I have never seen a convertible do it and if somebody could tell me or show me a video of how to do so? Currently the top on the Camaro doesn't work, the guy that owns it says it's either a fuse or a detached wire, which either isn't a big deal for me. But I would like to see how the top folds down.

Thank you in advance

I'd be lying if I said I knew how to put the top down, but as a rule of thumb . . . .

If a seller says that something is as easy to fix as replacing a $2 fuse, and could then sell the car for a lot more if everything was working correctly . . . why wouldn't he just fix it?

That's a pretty major defect . . . better be a REALLY good deal.

Oh well, figured it out lol, the guy fixed it for me ^_^, washed it, vacuumed it, got a full check-up and everything. Price tag on it was $4,000 USD. Very shiney cherry red paint job, black racing stripes, engine sounds like a beast and it runs perfectly, red leather seats, it's all original except the air compressor, it was upgraded so air conditioning is GREAT. So yes, it was a very good deal in my opinion

Cool! If it all worked out, I'm happy for you! I've just bought too many projects where I trusted the seller and got screwed. My brother bought a '70 Fairlane for $200; guy said all it needed was a new timing chain and it would start up. We got it home, threw a new timing chain in it, crawled under to drain the oil . . . and found a four inch hole in the oil pan which was torn when the rod came flying out. lol Luckily I had a spare 351 windsor sitting around . . .

Congrats on the purchase! I'm a big fan of red '91 RSs!
