The guy is asking 500$ for 1990 rs but it has no title it has no motor or transmission the body is sold all windows are good the interior panels are good what would be a good price to offer him ? I'm only looking at for a parts car he says he bought to turn into a drag car but changed his mind I was thinking maybe 250-300$

go to 3rd gen products and look for my restoration thread. I have some before photos and paid $500 for the 89 RS and it had new tires/brakes, ran and had all of the pieces
so, you make the decision

Torque not tying to be rude but diff parts of the USA supply and demand then then things normaly cost more with areas of higher income and I also have to take what's available at the time I I don't have the time to hunt cl nonstop

You can use the parts you need off that car, and likely still sell the rest of the parts that are left and get more than your money back. Hitting him with $250-300 is a good starting point.

And the county I'm in FL is one of the highest per capita income. I'm simply stating to you what I paid for an 89 with new tires, ran, shifted and new brakes and clear title and i'm to your southwest which is not a low income/cost area.
