1989 camaro no crank
That's not much to go on,have you made sure the battery cables are clean and tight on both ends and have you had the battery tested (how old is it)?
Even a an invisible film on battery connections can cause a fail,they should be cleaned with electrical cleaner or a baking powder and water paste (let sit a while) and rinsed off with water then wire brushed until shiny clean and then reattached and tightened.
How long since it was last started? When on jumper cables does it crank normal speed or slow?
It could be a lot of things including a weak starter failing.
If the starter is using all the juice the fuel pump injectors and ignition may not get enough to fire.
The first thing i would do is the cleaning and if the battery is more than a year old especially if the car hasn't been run in a while get it tested.
