Default 1988 IROC-Z price

Found this camaro on auto trader
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...&cardist=5

Is this price a little high for it or would you pay that much for it. The guy says he put new brakes, exhaust, alternator, tires, and dash pad on it. The only problems with it is there's some rust under the hood, a few bubbles on the hood, some surface rust under the door, and some surface rust under the hatch.

What would you offer the guy for this thing?

It does look like a nice, clean car, but I agree, $3000-$3500 is the most I would pay.
