I am going to be working on a new project car. It is going to be a 1984 Camaro z28 that I am going to convert to a drag car.

I am going to tub the rear end so I can run some 12-16 inch tires on it and I need to beef up the rear end frame. I am looking at the Competition engineering rear frame rail from summit racing http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CEE-1413/

I was wondering if there is somewhere else I can get something like that much cheaper then the $1500 they want for it?

Has anyone used the Comp Engineering frame rail before?

What have others done to there cars I would love to see the rear end and the inside of the car?

Would love to see the dash and all interior anyone has done as well for Ideas.
