I'm trying to change the right rear tire on my Berlinetta, but I can't get the tire off the car. The tire will rotate about an eighth of a turn, and if I try to pull it off it doesn't even try to come off. Can someone help me out?

 

Sounds like the wheel hub rust welded itself to the axle. With the wheel in the air, make sure the car is safely supported. Then lay on the ground and give the back side of the tire some swift kicks with the heel of your shoe. Penetrating oil between the wheel and axle hub can help too. Scrape and wire brush everything clean once the wheel is off.
