Default Finally got my Z, i need HP.

Hey guys im new to this forum it seems pretty cool already. A year ago my dad bought me a 78 camaro z28 for my birthday and i was as happy as i could be then we went ahead to stroke out the engine to a 383 to make a long story short i didnt want the stock engine performance so we wanted hp and new trans. The engine shop bored out the block wrong and destroyed everything, then they got me a 350 High output block from chevy( shift kit and posi were added) with a holley carb and dynomax ceramic headers, the block comes with 330 hp/380 tq and whatever amount of horses are added from carb or exhaust ( I have 3 inch straight pipes to flowmasters). the car moves and runs good but i dont think its enough to get a 3500 pound + car really moving if you all have any ssuggestions let me know thanks.

That motor is sweet !!! I had one in an old truck and was quit pleased with it. what kind of gears are you running ? I think you could probly use a set of 373s . this would really wake up your ride...believe me the difference would be like like night and day !!!!
