Default Carb manufacturer selection

Hey guys anyone had any experience with proform carbs? My motor will be ready in about two weeks and the final piece of the puzzle is the carb selection. I have narrowed manufacturers down to Holley, Proform, or Quick Fuel. Guys any info would be greatly appreciated. I am Leary of Proform because I haven't heard much about them and heard they are cheap china pieces and it seems they are a bit cheaper than a comparable Holley or QF. I need a Mechanical secondary(double pumper) and would like an electric choke. Looking in the 800-850 range which excludes the ultra line. Thanks in advance for any of your input. Please limit to your own or someone you know's experience.
