Default Car stereo installation kit

ok looking for a Car stereo installation kit ...anyone have any ideal where i could get one for my 79 : )

No one.well i called a car stereo place and they imformed me that they dont make them for cars under 82.........

Are you talkin about mounting the head unit? If so I think you can use the bracket that was used on the original head unit.

there isnt a headunit installation kit for these cars

you can either cut up your dash or put it in your glove compartment,or go to yearone they have a stero that you put in your trunk and use a remote in side the car to control it. in my 73 there is no way i was going to cut up my dash

so i installed the head unit in side of my glove compartment and keep the old crappy onr in the dash,so hope fully if somebody trys to steal my stero the take the old crapy oneand leave the new pioneer in the glove compartment.
