Default 79 350 falls on its face on acceleration

We have a 79 350 that flat falls on its face, we had the car running great my son tells me on the way home from school that it started running rough no power, we have changed fuel pump and filter, then we changed cap, rotor, spark plugs, checked firing order inspected plug wires changed ignition module, checked for vacuume leaks, the only thing I have left to change is the coil and the distributor and ballast resitor.
Also the factory tach quit working when we changed cap and rotor.

Help!!!!!!!!

Check your other post. Only one is needed, and multiples on the same subject just confuses things.
Oh yeah, and double check your firing order with the plug wires. It's easy to get them crossed.

I have checked the firing order, I am also new on the sight thanks for the help I will only post once in the future.
I will also check the wires for the tach but I think the way the connectors are made you can only put them in certain slots???
You have a nice ride!!!!! I would think it sounds as good as it looks
