6L80E trans LS Swap

Want to install 6L80E behind an LS swap in our 80 Z-28, question is will that transmission fit the transmission tunnel with out modifications? Thanks in advance.

I know this is old, but since nobody else answered: According to "Swap LS Engines Into Camaros & Firebirds 1967-1981", the 6L80E will definitely fit without modifying the tunnel. Just curious, did you do it?
